Cabbage Tuna Salad

A little toss, a little mix, that’s how your tongue is rolled by this mouth-watering salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 small head cabbage, cut into pieces
  • 1 large carrot, cut in circles
  • 1 large cucumber, cut in circles
  • 5 eggs, boiled and sliced
  • 1 cup tuna
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsps. sugar

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients well except the eggs. Just add them on top after mixing.

    What an interesting recipe and so different from what I’m used to making. There’s no way that anyone could remain unhealthy by eating this!
