Banana Fritters

Prepare a crispy and delicious banana fritter with only five steps.

Ingredients:

  • 6 bananas
  • 2 cups of oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • Maple syrup and ice cream (optional)

Method:

  1. Combine water, flour, sugar and salt
  2. Heat oil in deep-frying pan
  3. Dip bananas into batter
  4. Fry coated bananas in hot oil until golden brown
  5. Remove, drizzle syrup and ice cream
  6. Serve hot

    I do not care for bananas, but I might try this recipe with apples.

    Had this in Chile, it was great!
    They also put it on pizza!
