Best Bruschetta Ever

The best bruschetta you will ever make.

This is by far the best bruschetta I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of bruschetta. Its a bretty simple recipe too.

Let’s start off with ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • Sliced Sourdough Baguette
  • 4-5 Tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 head roasted garlic
  • 1 spoonful sugar
  • 1/4-1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (more or less depending on taste)
  • 2-3 tablespoons pine nuts (again depending on taste)
  • 1 handful chopped basil

Method

  1. Drizzle some olive oil over the sliced baguette and put it in the oven until it’s toasted. Arrange the slices on a serving dish.
  2. Pour some olive oil into the bottom of a large pan over medium heat. You should only need just enough oil to lightly cover the bottom of the pan. Add the tomatoes, garlic, sugar, balsamic vinegar, and pine nuts. Let them cook for about 5-10 minutes. Remove them from the heat.
  3. Pour the tomato mixture over the toasted baguette, sprinkle the basil on top, serve hot, and enjoy.

There you have it folks! That’s what I consider to be the world’s best bruschetta recipe. I hope you like it as much as I do.
