Capsicum Carrot Fry..
Healthy and tasty…
Ingredients:
Green Capsicum – 1/4 kg (Cut into small pieces)
Carrot – 1 (Finally grated)
Coriander powder/ Dhaniya powder – 1/2 spoon
Onions – 2 (cut into pieces)
Spices – Mustard seeds, Jeera, Black gram dhal , Chena dhal – 1/2 spoon each
Garlic cloves – 2 (crushed partially)
red chili – 1 (cut into pieces)
Curry leaves , coriander,Salt , oil and red chili powder - As required
Turmeric – 2 pinches
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 spoon

Method:
- Take a pan add oil let it warm now add spices, red chili and garlic cloves and let them pop.
- Now add onions and curry leaves. Let them fry for 7-8 Min’s.
- Now add curry leaves and fry them add ginger garlic paste.
- Fry it for 1 Min.
- Now add capsicum and fry them finally add carrot and then wait for 3-4 Min’s then add salt, red chili powder and dhaniya powder. Finally add coriander.
NOTE:
As per your taste you can add grated coconut too instead carrot or along with carrot

Yummy! I like all the ingredients but have never tasted capsium. I used a cream with it in it when my knee hurt 11 months and I thought I had arthritis. But I am willing to try it.
