Carpaccio of Salmon with Ginger

How to prepare carpaccio of salmon with ginger.

Ingredients

· 400 g salmon

· Grated ginger

· Juice of 2 limes

· 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

· 4 tablespoons olive oil

· Salt

First we put the salmon in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden.

After that, cut it into thin slices and place on plates.

Then sprinkle grated ginger to our taste, sprinkle with lime juice and olive oil and salted.

We serve it with soy sauce separately.
