Cheese and Rice Casserole

Here’s an easy to make, cheese and rice casserole recipe that has a flavorsome taste. Delicious rice blended in a superb mix of onion, Parmesan and cottage cheese is rich and savory.

This scrumptious cheese and rice casserole is really easy to make and in about 30 minutes, this delicious cheese and rice casserole will be done. Just serve with Your favorite vegetable dish and maybe some bread, and You have a meal.

Ingredients

  • 7oz brown rice (cooked and cooled)
  • 3 onions (chopped)
  • 7oz cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dill (dried)
  • 2oz Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 4fl oz milk

Preparation

Start by preheating the oven to 350°F and lightly greasing a large casserole dish with a little vegetable oil. Then combine all the ingredients in a bowl, making sure that they are well mixed, then pour into the prepared casserole dish. Finish by baking in the oven for 15–20 minutes until hot and melting.
