Overnight Egg Casserole
An egg casserole side dish.
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 slices bread cubes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 lb. bulk country sausage
Method
Brown and drain sausage. Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Add bread cubes, cheese and sausage. Pour in 8×12 pan. Refrigerate overnight .
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degree or until knife in center comes out fairly clean. Let stand 5-10 minutes so it can set.
