Cheese Ball

A delicious party treat.

Ingredients

 

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened

1/2 c. creamy Italian dressing

2 1/2 oz. dried beef, chopped

2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

pecans, finely chopped

 

Method

 

Beat the cream cheese until creamy. Add the dressing, dried beef and Cheddar cheese. Beat until well blended. Shape into a ball with hands and roll in chopped pecans. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
