Are You Crazy Cracker Dip?

This crazy recipe doesn’t sound good and is easy to make. Be ready for a pleasant surprise.

Ingredients
- 4 medium onions (any kind but sweet works best)
- 2 C. boiling water
- 1 C. sugar
- half C. of white table vinegar
- half C. mayo
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. cracked black pepper
- Package of your favorite crackers
Method
- In a large bowl, combine vinegar, boiling water, and sugar and pour over peeled and thinly sliced onions.
- Cover mixture and place in fridge to chill overnight.
- Next morning, drain mixture well.
- Mix mayo and celery salt.
- Add onions to the mayo mixture.
- Cover bowl and chill in fridge for 3 – 4 hours and serve with your favorite crackers.
