Artichoke Dip

A recipe for Artichoke Dip.
Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. Lipton Soup Mix (Golden Onion, Garlic Mushroom)
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts-drained and chopped
- 1 C. Hellman’s Mayonnaise
- 1 8 oz. container sour cream
- 1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
- Variations:
- 1 C. Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies-drained
Method
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes (s/b lightly browned on top)
- Serve w/your preference……french bread, garlic toast, bread sticks etc.
