Artichoke Dip

A recipe for Artichoke Dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg. Lipton Soup Mix (Golden Onion, Garlic Mushroom)
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts-drained and chopped
  • 1 C. Hellman’s Mayonnaise
  • 1 8 oz. container sour cream
  • 1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Variations:
  • 1 C. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies-drained

Method

  1. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes (s/b lightly browned on top)
  2. Serve w/your preference……french bread, garlic toast, bread sticks etc.
