Celery Cranrelish

An uncooked accompaniment, sweet yet tangy.
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh cranberries
- 2 cups coarsely chopped celery
- 1 medium unpeeled apple, cut up
- 1½ cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Method
- Using a coarse blade in the food chopper, grind the cranberries, celery, and apple together.
- Stir in the sugar and lemon juice and chill.

This will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks.
Makes about 4 cups relish.
