Celery Cranrelish

An uncooked accompaniment, sweet yet tangy.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups coarsely chopped celery
  • 1 medium unpeeled apple, cut up
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Method

  1. Using a coarse blade in the food chopper, grind the cranberries, celery, and apple together.
  2. Stir in the sugar and lemon juice and chill.
  3. This will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks.

Makes about 4 cups relish.
