Cheese Dip is a healthy Recipe.
Dry cottage cheese - 1 cup
Butter milk - 1 cup
Grated onion - 2 tbsp
Black or red caviar - ¼ cup
Beat the cottage cheese and buttermilk until smooth; chill 1 hour. Mix in the onion and caviar.
Makes about 2 cups; allow 2 tbsp per serving.

Total fat 1.7 grams
