Clam Cheese DIP
Clam Cheese Dip is good recipe.
Ingredients:
Minced clams - 17 ounce
Dry cottage cheese - 1 cup
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Tabasco - 1/8 tbsp
Minced garlic - 1/8 tbsp
Buttermilk - 3 tbsp
Procedure: Drain the clams, reserving ¼ cup juice. Mix together the cottage cheese, lemon juice, Tabasco, garlic, buttermilk and clam juice. Stir in the clams. Heap in a bowl.
Makes 2 cups; allow 4 tbsp per serving.
