Do-as-you-like Dip

1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup drained yogurt (plain)
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon minced parsley

Puree cottage cheese in blender. In large bowl, mix cottage cheese and yogurt. Blend in seasonings. Cover and refrigerate. Thin with small amount of milk for tossed salads, or leave thick for dip. Yield: 2 cups.
VARIATION: The cottage cheese-yogurt mixture can be flavored with honey, cinnamon and orange extract and served over fresh fruit. ALso, can use powdered sald dressing or dry soup mix, to taste, for a quicker dip.
