Fast and Delicious Artichoke Dip

Dip recipe.

This is my favorite quick and easy artichoke dip recipe out there. All it takes is a few ingredients. Anybody can make it in less than 15 minutes. You can always add ingredients if desired, etc. salt, pepper, dill, chili pepper. Fast and delicious, that is my kind of cooking!

PREP TIME: 10 minutes COOK TIME: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 14 oz. cans of artichokes (packed in water, not oil)
  • 2 cups of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS

  • Drain the artichokes from the can, and chop them up.
  • Combine the artichokes, cheese, and mayo all in a microwave safe dish.
  • Microwave for 5 minutes. Stop periodically to stir so heat is distributed.
  • Eat and Enjoy!

Serve with Tortilla or Pita chip !
