Fat-Free Garden Dip with Fresh Dill
For a thinner dip you can use fat-free yogurt instead of the cottage cheese. Be sure to make a double batch. With no fat, you can indulge a little.
Ingredients
- 2cups Fat-Free Cottage Cheese
- 1 tbsp Lemon or Lime juice
- 1tsp grated Lemon or Lime zest
- 1 tbsp shredded Celery
- 1 tbsp minced Scallion
- 1 tbsp minced Red Pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped Parsley or Cilantro
- 1 tbsp chopped Fresh Dill Weed
- ½ tsp liquid Honey
- Fresh cracked Pepper
Method
- In a food processor, combine cottage cheese, lime juice, and honey and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Serve with veggie sticks or low-fat crackers (great with Melba Toast).
