Happy Happy Halloween Pumpkin Dip

Great for decorative gifts or for a festive party during the holidays. Serve with fruit slices or sweetbreads.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoon crystallized ginger
  • 2 (8oz) package cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoon pumpkin spice(pie spice)
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth
  2. Beat in pumpkin mix, sugar, spice, vanilla, and ginger
  3. Cover and refrigerate for up to one week
