Happy Happy Halloween Pumpkin Dip
Great for decorative gifts or for a festive party during the holidays. Serve with fruit slices or sweetbreads.
Ingredients
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 2 tablespoon crystallized ginger
- 2 (8oz) package cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 teaspoon pumpkin spice(pie spice)
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Method
- In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth
- Beat in pumpkin mix, sugar, spice, vanilla, and ginger
- Cover and refrigerate for up to one week
