This is a healthy dip recipe for those who want to eat exotic, but don’t know how to cook.

This is a recipe for those who do not know how to cook, but want to learn how to, step by step.  Dry fruits, like walnuts, pistachio and cashew have got many medicinal values, especially where heart and heart disease is concerned. This is a natural heart supplement to ward off cardiac desease.

What you will need:

Dry fruit: 50 grams washed, de skinned as required, and soaked in warm water for about an hour.

Peanuts: 50 grams, de shelled, without the skin.

Tomato puree: pre-cooked, ½ Cup.

Chilli sauce: 1 teaspoon full.

Salt and pepper: To taste.

All you have to do, my friend, is to put all of the dry fruit, peanuts, tomato puree and chilli sauce into the blender and whip into a smooth and fine paste. Add a little salt and black pepper powder to your taste. Add a little water if you want it thinner. Whip again. Your dip is ready. Garnish with a little bit of Mint, Corriander or Basil and serve.

Remember, Healthy eating is happy living.
