Homemade Chip Dip

An old friend made this for me and I was really hesitant on trying it but once I tried it, I fell in love with it!
This chip dip goes well with tortilla chips and can be made in under 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 Brick of Cream Cheese
- 1 Can Hormell Chili (no beans)
- Shredded Cheese (as much as you desire)
- Tortilla Chips
Method
- Let the brick of cream cheese sit at room temperature for a few minutes so it is not a solid brick.
- In an oven safe container (I use a glass container) that HAS sides, evenly spread the cream cheese on the bottom of the pan.
- Next, add the can of Hormell chili and evenly spread atop the cream cheese
- Add the shredded cheese on top of everything
- Pop in the oven until the cheese on top has melted
- Serve with tortilla chips as a dip
*Note* This is best served hot
