Hot & Spicy Crab Dip

A creamy, hot & spicy dip w/ sweet crab to round out the flavor in your mouth.

1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 c. shredded Swiss or Monterey Jack Cheese

1 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. pepper

1/3 lg. fresh crabmeat-leg meat is fine

1/4 c. mayonnaise

1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

2 tsp. hot sauce (more or less to taste)

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

8 oz. cream cheese

Bread rounds or crackers (Triscuits are great w/ this paprika)

Mix everyting together in bowl w/ exception of paprika, takes about 3 min.  Place in oven proof dish & sprinkle top w/ paprika.  Bake for 30-40 min. in 350 deg. F. oven til brown & bubbly.  Let sit out of oven about 5 min. before serving because it is VERY HOT!  You can prepare it up to a day ahead & hold it in fridge & bake prior to serving.  It can also sit longer in oven if need be.

Cook time:  30 min.

Total time:  35 min.
