Now make your own customized salsa that tastes great and always hit the parties.

Ingredients
- Saucepan
- 3 tomatoes (small size)
- 3 jalapeno peppers
- 1 slice of garlic
- 1/2 cup of cilantro (coriander)
Method
- Take a saucepan and pour 6 cups of water.
- Now put the tomatoes, garlic and pepper(jalapeno) into the water and boil it for about 20 minutes.
- In the meantime chop your onion and cilantro.
- After boiling allow it to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Take out the tomatoes and jalapeno and peel their skin. Its better if you have a peeler.
- Now blend the tomatoes, pepper(jalapeno) and garlic with 2 cups of boiled water that you have in your saucepan till it becomes a semi liquid.
- Now pour the liquid into a bowl and add the diced onions and cilantro (coriander) and sprinkle a pinch of salt over it.
Tips
- Add some meat or chicken to get more flavor.
- You can also eat with tortilla chips.
