Mexican Cheese Sausage Dip

A perfect appetizer or snack for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage – hot or mild
- 6 oz. Mexican Velveeta Cheese
- 12 oz. jar salsa – hot or mild, drained
Method
Brown sausage in skillet, drain off grease, put into microwavable dish with cover. Add Velveeta cheese cut into chunks and then add salsa. Cover dish, heat in microwave about 6 minutes until cheese is melted. Stir, serve with tortilla chips.
