Here is an easy recipe for a snack.

Ingredients

  • Tortilla chip cups
  • Baby shrimp (drained)
  • Salsa
  • Shredded cheese of choice

Method

  1. Place chip cups on platter
  2. Place 1 tbsp of salsa in each cup
  3. Place three shrimp in each cup on top of salsa, visible
  4. Top with 2 tbsp of shredded cheese
