1 8oz package cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup finely chopped celery

1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper (green or red)

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 4oz jar pimento, drained and finely chopped

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.  Cover and chill at least 8 hours or longer.  Form into a ball.  Roll in any of the ingredients below to match your taste.
