Fried Rice Balls
Use your leftover rice to prepare a scrumptious snack. Loved by kids.
Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled rice(you can use any leftover rice too)
- 1 green or red pepper(chopped in small cubes)
- 1 spring onion(chopped)
- 1 carrot(diced)
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp vinegar
- 1/4 tsp light soy sauce
- 2 tsp cornflour
- oil for deep frying
Method
- Add cornflour to your boiled rice and mix well using your hands. Mash the rice a little during this process.
- Mix all the vegetables in the rice and season with salt black pepper,vinegar and soy sauce.
- Make small balls out of this mixture onto your palms and deep fry them in hot oil.
- Serve hot with ketchup or sweet chili sauce.
