Live Holiday Nuts

Dehydrate 8-10 hours or until dry.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tbsp cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil or unprocessed coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Nama Shoyu
  • 1 tsp chili powder

To make:

Soak the almonds, pecans, hazelnuts and sunflower seeds in pure water overnight. Rinse in the morning.

In a blender, add the olive or coconut oil, Nama Shoyu, chili powder and blend. Use this to coat the nuts. Dehydrate 8-10 hours or until dry.
