Potato Chaat

A simple, quick snack.
Ingredients:
- Medium sized potatoes 6, hard boiled, cut them into halves
- Coriander powder 1 Tsp.
- Salt 1 Tsp.
- Cumin powder 1 Tsp, (Jeera)
- Chaat masala 1 Tsp.
- Carom seeds 1 Tsp, (Ajwain)
- Wheat flour 11/2 Dsp, (Gehun Ka Aatta)
- Chili powder to taste
- Black pepper ¼ Tsp.
- Garlic juice 1 Dsp.
- Dry color a pinch
Method:
- Mix all the dry seasonings. Sprinkle this over the potatoes and mix it.
- Take 1 dsp garlic juice, and add 2 pinches of dry color. Then sprinkle this over the potatoes.
- Heat ½ cup oil in a non stick pan, put potatoes, and cook till golden brown.
- Sprinkle little chaat masala, coriander leaves.
TIP: Decorate with onion rings on the sides and serve with Pudina chutney and sauce.
