5 Minute Sandwich

A simple and instant breakfast for a busy person. Also suitable for vegetarians, too.

Ingredients:

  • Bread
  • Butter
  • Lettuce

Filling:

  • Some sliced carrots and cabbages
  • One tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Some salt
  • Some pepper

Method:

  1. Add mayonnaise, pepper and salt, and mix well
  2. Spread butter on the bread
  3. Then, spread the filling generously on every slice of bread
  4. Place some lettuce on the filling to retain the moisture
  5. Press the pieces of bread together firmly
  6. Trim the crust with a sharp knife
  7. Cut the sandwiches into two triangles
  8. Serve on a nice plate
