5 Minute Sandwich
A simple and instant breakfast for a busy person. Also suitable for vegetarians, too.
Ingredients:
- Bread
- Butter
- Lettuce
Filling:
- Some sliced carrots and cabbages
- One tablespoon mayonnaise
- Some salt
- Some pepper
Method:
- Add mayonnaise, pepper and salt, and mix well
- Spread butter on the bread
- Then, spread the filling generously on every slice of bread
- Place some lettuce on the filling to retain the moisture
- Press the pieces of bread together firmly
- Trim the crust with a sharp knife
- Cut the sandwiches into two triangles
- Serve on a nice plate
