Appetizing cucumber triangle

It is a delicious recipe of cucumber Sandwich. It is specially created for old people who can digest it and enjoy the tasty breakfast meal.

Ingredients:

  • Sandwich bread slice -2
  • Cucumber (grated)-1
  • Butter- to spread (optional)
  • Cream –1 full tsp
  • Salt –to sprinkle
  • Black pepper- to sprinkle
  • Cashew nuts (grated)- 1 tsp
  • Almonds (grated)- 1tsp
  • Coriander leaves- to garnish
  • Green chillies-1 Chopped
  • Tomatoes (chopped)-1 small (optional)
  • Carrot (grated)- 1 small

Method:

  1. Take a bowl. Put cucumber. Add cream, cashew nuts, almonds, carrot, and tomatoes. Mix well and keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  2. Take a slice in plate. Spread butter*. Apply cucumber mixture gently. Sprinkle salt and black pepper. Garnish it with green chillies and coriander leaves. Put another slice over it and gently press.
  3. Cut in to triangle shape and serve with juice or sauce.

* If you are having fat restricted diet. Please do not apply fat.
