16 slices sandwich bread, trimmed

1 pound cheese, whatever you like

1 teaspoon salt

2 pounds meat, sausage, ham, bacon

6 eggs

1/3 teaspoon dry mustard

In a 9×13 inch pan: place 8 slices of bread. Fry the meat, drain and sprinkle over the bread. Grate cheese on top of meat. Top with other 8 slices of bread. Beat the rest of the ingredients together and pir over the bread. Cover and let set in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Let set a shor while before serving.
