Breakfast Wraps My Way!
There is something really good about a breakfast wrap……..
The Tastiness in my Breakfast Wraps come from the simple but slightly different ingredients. You can use all of them or some and adjust to your liking. First came the Pita, then the Flat Bread and now the Wraps. You can wrap just about anything in a wrap. My favorites are the Breakfast Wraps. I love the colorful Wraps particularly the Spinach or the Tomato Flavor…………

The Individual Wrap takes:
1 Spinach or Tomato Wrap
A light Olive Oil Mayonnaise by Kraft ~or~ All Natural Southwest Spicy Mustard found at Walmarts
Whipped light butter (optional)
About 2-3 slices of firm tomato, chopped chunky

1 large Egg land’s Best Scrambled Egg (adjust to two if they are smaller)
2-3 Slices of Crisp Lean Bacon (can use Crispy forms of Turkey Bacon)
1 Tablespoon of chopped Green Onion
3 slices of thin Bell Pepper (Green, Red or Yellow)
Lay your wrap on a large plate
Spread with your favorite spread which could also be whipped light butter
Place your scrambled egg evenly down the middle of the Wrap

Place your onion and green pepper on either side of the wrap opposite the egg
Place your bacon on top
Scatter your chopped tomato slices over the all the ingredients
Top with a thin or medium layer of Sharp Cheddar if desired
Wrap, starting at the right corner, insuring that all the fixing hold in
Secure with three tooth picks and serve with a side of fresh fruit!
Prepare a glass of Juice and enjoy!
