Sandwhiches don’t have to be eaten at lunch time having this Club Sandwhich is like fine dining at home.

Ingredients:

3 Slices of White bread

Mayonnaise

Chicken shreds

An egg

1/2 Tomatoes

Lettuce leaves

Method:

Mix some mayonnaise with the chicken shreds add some salt and pepper.  Now lightly fry a slice of the bread on either side, spread a layer of the chicken mixture. Fry another slice of bread and place on top add some lettuce leaves and tomatoe slices,scramble an egg and place on top, however this can be optional. Fry the final slice of bread completing the sandwhich,cut in half  making two triangles serve with fries and ketchup. Tip: For a healthier option  you can dry fry the bread in a frying pan on a low heat.  Enjoy!!!
