The Monte Cristo Sandwich

Classic Monte Cristo Sandwich is of the most popular sandwiches in the world since the 1950s. It is a variation of a French dish called Croque Monsieur.

Ingredients

Method

Get 3 pieces of white bread and spread butter on one slice. Then place one slice of ham, one slice of turkey, and one slice of chicken. After that spread butter on both sides of the second slice of white bread. Also, spread mustard. Then place a slice of turkey and ham and top with one slice of cheese.  Now spread butter on one side of the third slice of bread and place it on top. Finally, dip sandwiches into the egg mixture and put it in the sandwich press and cook for 3 – 4 minutes so the sandwich is complete.

The Muffuletta Sandwich

The Muffufletta Sandwich is sometimes called The Muff.  It is especially popular in New Orleans. This is the major reason why it is considered a signature sandwich of New Orleans.

You’ll need some chicken breasts, olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, pancetta, garlic clove, parsley, anchovy paste, mustard, lemon juice, mayonnaise, ciabatta bread, baby arugula, washed and spun dry, sun-dried tomatoes, in oil and parmesan.. And… Enjoy :) )
