French Peanut Butter Sandwiches

Tired of plain old peanut butter sandwiches? Put a French twist in it,with this tasty, pan fried treat.

 Preparation Time : Average 

Pan Fried, Grilled or use a Griddle

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs , beaten                        
  • 2 tbs.  honey or syrup
  • 2 tbs. milk                                 
  • 8 slices of white bread or wheat
  • 1/4 tsp. salt                              
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter               
  • 2 tbs. butter
  • Confectioner sugar

Method

Combine eggs, milk, and salt in a medium bowl. set aside. Mix peanut butterd honey or syrup, your choice. Spread on 4  sides  of the bread. Now top each with a slice to make a sandwich.Cut in half.

Melt butter on griddle, Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture and place on the griddle or pan. Brown on both sides, Serve Hot  and sprinkle sandwiches with confectioner sugar.

    Actually,I am kinda of scared to try this,I am having lactose problems so using eggs might not help But I Love peanut butter but with eggs Hmmn I dk,I will give it a donder.
