MAKES 4 TOASTS
HANDY TIP:
For a delicious variation, try this Mushroom Spread. Microwave 2 teaspoons oil or butter at 100% power for 30 seconds. Drop in 1 small finely chopped onion and cook at the same level for 2 minutes. Tip in 100 grams finely chopped mushrooms and microwave, uncovered for another 2 minutes. Add ½ cup grated cheese, stir and microwave at 100% power for 1 minute more. Store or spread on toast and grill as above.
