Hens on cream

4 portions chicken, 20 g bacon, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons flour, 200 g tomatoes, 200 g peppers, teaspoon sweet paprika, 2 dl cream, broth from giblets, salt, onion

Portions pierce chicken with bacon, salt and fry in butter and oil. Remove the fat to add chopped onions and fry it. Mix paprika, put back portion of chicken, add a little broth and simmer until tender close. Add the pieces of sliced tomatoes and sliced peppers into strips and dodusíme. Finally, pour in the cream mixed with flour, the sauce with salt and cook well. Serve with pasta.
