Italian Meatball Sandwich Casserole
This casserole has a 30 minute preparation time, 30 minute cooking time. Therefore, it takes a total of 1 hour to fully prepare.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- (1 pound) Italian bread pan, cut into 1 inch cubes
- (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 / 2 cup mayonnaise

- 1 / 4 c. Tea freshly ground black pepper
- 1 / 3 cup chopped green onion
- 1 / 4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 2 cups grated mozzarella
- 3 cups spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 ° C).
- Combine onion, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and ground beef. Roll into balls 1 inch in diameter and bake in a pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink. Reduce oven temperature to 350 ° F (175 ° C).
- Place bread cubes in a single layer in 9×13 inch greased pan. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning and black pepper until smooth. Spread this mixture on each bread cube. With 1 / 2 cup grated mozzarella cheese.
- In a large bowl, combine spaghetti sauce, water and garlic. Stir slightly meatballs. Pour over bread and cheese mixture into the pan, the rest of the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
