Jessica Rose’s Greatest Grilled Cheese Sandwich
You will not believe how much weight you will gain from eating this sandwich!
I’m wondering how many of you think that you’ve got the best grilled cheese recipe? Well, this one is not for the faint of heart! This thing must have about five billion calories, and will probably make you gain about five pounds just by looking at it! I was absolutely ravenous one night after going to a party at a friends house. I got a little creative and came up with the monster of all grilled cheeses! Make sure to have your “fat pants” on to eat this baby!
Ingredients:
- 2 pita slices
- 2 slices American cheese (all cheese should be room temp when making)
- 2 slices swiss cheese
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 3 or 4 rings of white onion
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method:
- Take a large, nonstick frying pan and coat with olive oil.
- Throw on one piece of pita bread, brown on both sides, take off heat and place on plate.
- Take other pita and do the same.
- Place first pita in pan again, low heat, and layer cheeses, onion, and tomato
- Place other pita on top
- Use large spatula and flip. Make sure that temp is very low. We want to take our time here.
- Serve with favorite condiment.
- This is the grand daddy of them all, folks! Enjoy!

Looks amazing BUT I think maybe I won’t try it since I’m supposed to be losing weight, not gaining it.
