1/2 cup chopped onion

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon sugar

1  tablespoon prepared mustard

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 1/2 teaspoon vinegar

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

In large skillet, cook ground beef, onion and garlic together until meat is browned for 12-15 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Continue cooking until heated through. Spoon onto bottom halves of 4 hamburger rolls or English muffins, split and toasted. Sprinkle with cheese. (If desired, place under broiler until cheese is melted.)
