Mozzarella and Tomato Sandwich

Delicious sand, luch or dinner. This sandwich is simple and easy to make, good for you and vegetarian!

What you will need..

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 pound of fresh mozzarella
  • 2 cups of fresh baby spinach

How to make it ready to eat..

  • 1. Heat oven so to broil on low
  • 2. Slice French bread open
  • 3. Slice tomatoes and mozzarella into 1/4-1/2″ slices
  • 4. Place sliced tomatoes evenly in French bread
  • 5. Do the same with mozzarella slices
  • 6. Place French bread in oven until cheese begins melting and bread begins to crisp
  • 7. Put spinach over the cheese as it cools
  • 8. Fold over and slice into 3 even pieces
  • 9. Enjoy
