Open corn sandwich

These sandwiches have high nutritive value.

Ingredients:

  • Bread Slices-2
  • Butter-to spread
  • Tomato (Sliced)-1
  • Coriander leaves-a few Mustard powder-1/2tsp
  • Corn (washed and boiled) -1/4cup
  • Salt- to sprinkle
  • Black pepper powder- to sprinkle
  • Cream – 1-2 tsp
  • Green chillies-2 (optional)

Method:

  1. Take two slices and cut all the edges of slices.
  2. Spread butter in thick layer.
  3. Put sliced tomatoes gently on the slices and keep a side.
  4. Take a small bowl. Put corn seeds and crush. Pour cream enough to spread the mixture in slices. Add Black pepper powder, salt.
  5. Spread the corn mixture on the slices. Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies.
  6. Serve at breakfast.
