Open corn sandwich

These sandwiches have high nutritive value.
Ingredients:
- Bread Slices-2
- Butter-to spread
- Tomato (Sliced)-1
- Coriander leaves-a few Mustard powder-1/2tsp
- Corn (washed and boiled) -1/4cup
- Salt- to sprinkle
- Black pepper powder- to sprinkle
- Cream – 1-2 tsp
- Green chillies-2 (optional)
Method:
- Take two slices and cut all the edges of slices.
- Spread butter in thick layer.
- Put sliced tomatoes gently on the slices and keep a side.
- Take a small bowl. Put corn seeds and crush. Pour cream enough to spread the mixture in slices. Add Black pepper powder, salt.
- Spread the corn mixture on the slices. Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies.
- Serve at breakfast.
