Peanut-bacon-pickle Sandwich
Peanut butter on a pickle sandwich.
4 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled

1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

6 slices bread or toast, buttered
1/3 cup peanut butter

Method: For each sandwich, sprinkle bacon and pickle relish on 1 slice bread. Spread peanut butter on second slice; put slices together. 3 sandwiches.

How could I not check this out. My cousin used to eat peanut butter and tomato sandwiches, but I’ve never indulged in adding pickles, although, I have a feeling, my kids will love this. : )

never tried it before, looks interesting. You might also like: toasted bagel with cream cheese, bacon, onion slice and tomato slice put all together, makes a really delicious snack.

I have not tried it, it sounds interesting,
You may also like trying a toasted bagel, with cream cheese, bacon, sliced onion and sliced tomato, It is a really good snack.
