Pop-up Pizza Casserole

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 garlic clove
1/2 tespoon ground oregano
dash salt
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
15-ounce can tomato sauce
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
6-8 oz. jack or mozzarella cheese
Brown beef, drain; stir in remainder, simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Popovers:
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon oil
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Combine milk, oil, eggs, beat 1 minute at medium speed; add flour, salt, beat 2 minutes till smooth. Pour meat mixture into unfreased 13×9 inch pan top with jack cheese slices. pour popover mix on top. sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 400* 25-30 minutes till puffed and deep golden. Serve immediately.
