Scrambled Eggs and Hot Dogs

published by pattiann on Jun 21, 2012

This rather unusual combination makes a nice breakfast or it can be your main course at dinner. Don’t worry, it tastes yummy!

3 Tablespoons butter

8 hot dogs

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 cup sliced green pepper

1/2 cup diced black olives

2 medium tomatoes

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

8 eggs

6-8 english muffins

1 Cup cheddar cheese shredded

Melt butter in large skillet. Add hot dogs, onion and pepper. Saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Add olives and tomatoes. Mix well. Cook 2 minutes more. Beat eggs with milk and add seasoned salt. Add to skillet mixture. Cook several minutes until thickened. Serve over English muffins. Sprinkle with cheese.
