Sicilian Potato Bake

1 package (24 ounce) frozen chopped hash brown potatoes with butter sauce
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 package (8 ounce) sliced mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon leaf oregano, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup milk or cream
Layer half the potatoes, tomatoes, onion sliced, cheese, salt, oregano and pepper in shallow 8 cup casserole. Repeat, ending with tomato and cheese. Pour milk or cream overl cover loosely with foil and bake 25 minutes in 425 degree oven. Remove foil and bake 5 minutes longer, or until vegetables are tender and top is golden brown.
