Simple recipes for your slow cooker.

Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

1-2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts.   1 bottle of your Favorite Hot Sauce.   1 stick of butter.   Salt to taste.   Place all ingredients in your slow cooker.  4-5 hours on high or 8-9 hours on low.   Serve on buns with swiss cheese, ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Corn-potato chowder

5 potatoes peeled and cubed, 5 slices of cooked bacon and its drippings,  1 package of frozen corn or 2 cans,  1 onion,  3 cups of milk,  1-2 tablespoons of flour (for thickness), salt and pepper to taste,  1-2 cups of cheddar cheese (optional).    Place all ingredients in your slow cooker. 4-5 hours on high or 8-9 hours on low.

Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches

1-2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts.   1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce.  Salt and pepper to taste.  1 onion chopped.   1 pepper of your choice chopped.   Place all ingredients in your slow cooker 4-5 hours on high or 8-9 hours on low.   Serve on buns topped with pickle relish.
