Smoked Sausage Grilled Sandwich
This tasty sandwich is a hit with my family.
You will need:
One package smoked sausage, sliced lengthwise into thin strips
Shredded cheese (cheddar/colby jack)
Head Country Barbecue sauce
Brown the sausage and layer on bread with cheese. You may then brown the outsides of the bread in a skillet or using a sandwich maker. Once the cheese is melted and the bread toasted, serve with Head Country Barbecue sauce and chips or potato salad.
