Summer Egg Salad

3 ounce cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 teaspoons dill weed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
6 hard boiled eggs
1 cup sliced olives
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon pimento (optional)
3 poacked breads, halved
Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and seasonings, stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon 1/2 cup mixture into each pocket.
