Tapioca Cutlet – Recipe
Tapioca Cutlet is a very delicious snack. The snack is non-vegetarian. It can be enjoyed with evening tea. Here is the recipe of Tapioca Cutlet.
Ingredients of Tapioca Cutlet:
½ kg of crushed and boiled Tapioca
100 grams of well diced Shallots
½ tablespoon of Garam Masala
3 pieces of well diced Green Chilies
5 grams of chopped Coriander
5 grams of chopped Ginger
2 pieces of Egg Whites
100 grams of giant Prawns (well shopped and boiled)
Bread Crumbs (powdered)
How to prepare Tapioca Cutlets:
Fry the shallots, chilies, and ginger gently with garam masala.
Then, mix the entire ingredients with prawns and tapioca.
Give it a shape and douse it into eggs white and crumbs.
Now, fry it deeply until it gets golden brown color.
Your Tapioca Cutlet is ready.
Enjoy it with sauce.
