Tortilla Casserole

Recipe for Tortilla Casserole.

Ingredients

10 tortillas

3 tablespoons of cooking oil

3 bell peppers, cut in strips

1 onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 cup of heavy whipping cream

2 cups of monterey jack cheese, shredded

Directions

1. Heat oil in skillet, cut tortillas in strips and fry the strips. Drain on paper towel.

2. Saute bell pepper, onion and garlic. Season with salt.

3. Combine tortilla strips, whipping cream, vegetables, and  add cup of cheese in a casserole dish and mix well.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Stir and put the rest of the cheese on top. Bake for 10 minutes more. Serve and enjoy.
